Suspension: Hendrickson Intraax airbag suspension, includes raise lower valve and 100mm dial weight gauge + Emax PBS weight gauge and Yard release. Full laser wheel alignment performed.
Axles: Integrated Hendrickson - 127mm Round beam, 10 Stud Steel Fully sealed hub with HXL7 wheel ends, parallel bearing, S-cam Drum Brakes, auto slack adjusters.
Drawbar/Dolly: 100x75mm AS1204 350GR RHS frame hinged by rubber bushes. Adjustable height drop leg. Two position pull. Mesh to infill. Drawbar length to suit customer specifications – 5m maximum.
Frame construction: Heavy Duty - 150x100x9mm RHS Strapped underneath with 130x16mm Flange with side strap 130x10mm all AS1204 350GR, all fully welded.
Tow Eye: Jost – Rockinger 57292 – 50mm, 191kn D-Rating.
Turntable: Jost JSK greaseless type Turntable.
Brake System: ADR 38/05 compliant – with load sensing valve brakes (LSV). Quality Brake Boosters and push to connect fittings, truck connections front and rear mounted with 2 x Oil lines. TEBS lead run through for rear trailer power up.
Tyres: 12 – 11R/22.5 Tubeless, 16 Ply rating, 6 - 8.25 x 22.5 Alcoa Level 1 inners and 6 x Polished Durabright Outer wheels c/w Nut covers and Full Dome hubcap covers.
Mud Flaps: fitted to the front and rear of all wheels, Spring tensioned Rubber guard fitted over all axles.
Lights: ADR13 compliant – All Hella LED side marker with extra to match tippers, direction indicator, front end outline marker, Standard rear indicator, stop/tail lights with 4 per side [2 x blinker then 2 x stop/tail]. Two wire electrics in fully sealed conduit with inspection points for each light. 30 amps 7 pin Steel plug and Electra coil.
Paint/Signage: Fully sand blasted and etch primed 2 Pac acran paint – any 2 solid colours[TBC]. All relevant rear Australian Standard Class 1 & 2 retro-reflective signage and reflectors attached. LONG VEHICLE sign attached to the rear.
