    Conditions of Sale

    By registering as a user and bidding, you have agreed to Dealers Australia's terms and conditions of sale. Please familiarise yourself with these terms prior to bidding on any items in Dealers Australia's auctions.

    Assets included in this sale may be used, therefore inspection is highly recommended prior to bidding. Photos and descriptions should be used as a guide only.

    Please take care when making a bid as once your bid is placed, it cannot be withdrawn and will not be cancelled. If you are unsure, do not bid as no refunds will be given.

    GST & Buyer's Premium

    This Sale is GST Exclusive

    A Buyer's Premium will apply to all lots sold. Buyer's Premium is 9.5% of the GST Inclusive price.

    Asset Condition

    • This is an auction sale. All assets in this sale are sold "As Is/Where is".
    • Assets included in this sale may be used, therefore inspection is highly recommended prior to bidding. Some individual items may show signs of excessive wear and in some instances, accessories or inclusions may vary from the standard.
    • Photos, descriptions and conditions reports (if any) should be used as a guide only. Bids on assets in this sale should be made based on your own inspection and assessment of the goods.
    • Dealers Australia do not test auction items. We provide no warranty as to the items working condition or suitability for its intended purpose.
    • No refunds will be given. If you are unsure, do not bid.

    Payment

    Invoices must be paid by direct deposit within 7 days of auction closing. Contact us for an exact invoice total.

    The terms and conditions of the online auctions may change from time to time. Please ensure you clearly read the special terms and conditions contained in this page. Continuing to use the online auction service following amendments to these terms & conditions will constitute your acceptance of the new terms & conditions applying to this service.

    Buyers Please Note:

    • A Buyer's premium as described applies to all lots purchased in this sale and will be added to the bid price.
    • Collection of assets is the responsibility of the purchaser.

    Online Auction Closing

    The online auction closes at the end of the time period specified for that online auction where there are no new successful bids during the 5 minutes immediately proceeding the end of the time period specified. If there are any successful bids on a particular lot/item within 5 minutes of the close of the online auction, the auction will continue to be extended until there are no more within the Refresh Period. The Refresh Period may vary from time to time by a number of seconds but will typically be no more than 5 minutes. We accept no responsibility for any circumstances or incidents arising as a result of any slight variations that may occur int he Refresh Period.

    Q: Can I inspect the Lots?
    A: Of course! We encourage you to do your homework before bidding; contact us.
    Q: Are there hidden reserves?
    A: Reserves are set by the selling dealer. Typically the start price will reflect the reserve price.
    Q: How do I know when the reserve has been reached?
    A: We tell you and it is visible on each asset we auction. You will also be notified once you have placed a bid.
    Q: Is there a Buyer's Premium?
    A: Yes, there is a 9.5% Buyer's Premium & GST (10%) is applicable to all lots.
    Q: Is the auction GST Inclusive or Exclusive?
    A: Exclusive.

    Q: I placed a bid but can't see it?
    A: You have likely been outbid by another user that has placed an autobid that is equal to or higher than your bid. Placing an autobid at the highest price you are prepared to pay for an item ensures you won't miss out. There is a Bidding History button on each item's page that shows your bids' results.
