Cox Rural has the primary focus on providing our customers with the best service and advice in the industry, backed with carrying the right products at the right time of year so that our customers get the best returns from there production enterprise. Our advice is not driven by product margin but more so by selecting the best product for each individual customers needs. In 2002 it was evident that the farming communities were lacking a true independent rural merchandising company, as the industry was becoming more and more dominated by corporate business. Our belief is that country business is still built on relationships , within these relationships there must be trust, our customer relationships are the most important part of our business, without this relationship we don't have customers, without customers we don't have a business. At Cox Rural we pride ourselves on going the extra mile for our customers, our product range is large and unlimited, and there is not much that we cannot source for our customers needs.
